Refunds & Returns:

If you are unsatisfied with the product that you have received, we will issue you with a refund with the following conditions:

  • We are informed within 14 days of delivery.
  • The costs of sending and returning the goods are covered by the buyer.
  • A 20% restocking charge is applied to the items returned.


Re-Parceling Your Return:

All goods must be returned to us in the same condition as they were delivered. If we detect any signs of use we reserve the right to not issue a refund.


Respectfully, we request that if you disagree with any of the terms and conditions outlined above that you do not purchase our items.


If Item is Faulty:

Please inform the courier/ Ashgrove Cycles driver or give us a call on 028 3833 5254. We will arrange pick up of the faulty item and will replace the item as soon as possible. Ashgrove Cycles will not accept products back if they have been used and are not in their original packaging.



Refunds will be credited to the card used for the original payment. Once the goods have been returned to our store and have been inspected, a refund will be issued within 1-3 days. However, it usually takes approximately 3-5 working days for the refund to reach your account.



Please unpack all products carefully. Regrettably, self assembly items cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed, unless the item is found to be faulty. We will examine the goods to determine whether the fault or damage occurred before or after delivery and the decision will be made on our end.

Should you need to return unassembled products, please repack in the original packaging.
